Freshly squeezed

Fruity designs add zest to outdoor settings, whether you’re sipping homemade lemonade on a south-facing balcony or hosting a garden party. Our fruit-print outdoor cushions and seat pads elevate outdoor furniture while our acrylic tumblers are ideal for young families or clumsy elbows. Don’t stop at outdoor decor; tutti frutti designs ranging from Sicilian lemons to juicy watermelons adorn everything from outdoor cushions and seat pads to ceramic serving platters and jugs at M&S this season.

Put the needle on it

Intricate embroidery adorns table linen this season, from tablecloths to napkins. But cast aside any ideas of stuffiness; these designs are playful and irreverent. Our must-buy item? This ochre pure-cotton tablecloth, which features an array of embroidered motifs, including place settings, wine glasses and even shrimps. It’ll add a whimsical touch to alfresco lunches and dinner parties, creating a talking point and a tablescape to remember.

Get your greens

Organic tableware will add a trompe l’oeil (‘trick of the eye’) effect to tablescapes this season. Cabbage leaf-shaped bowls, plates and even tea cups, rendered in a surprisingly lifelike glazed ceramic finish are some of our most in-demand homeware items. Unsure where to begin? A serving platter is the obvious place to start and will create an Insta-worthy moment. Complement the ‘cabbagecore’ trend with splatter-print plates and a striped tablecloth.

Ruffle some feathers

This charming homeware aesthetic is all about creating a nostalgic atmosphere with frills, candy stripes and bow details. It echoes the serenity of country houses, as well as the retro charm of the pastel colour palette that comes with it. The key to making elegant decor feel current is to mix in elements of other design styles, avoiding anything overly kitschy, for a harmonious result. Cushions are the ideal place to start: this linen-blend cushion with a ruffled trim is a great way to get your frills in any room. Layer with bolster cushions for maximum impact and comfort.

Daisy-fresh tableware

The first hint of spring in the air has us itching to hit refresh on our interiors. Updating your crockery is a quick, easy and affordable way to refresh mealtimes. Bring the outdoors in with pretty blooms, like our gorgeously floral tableware. The floral platter is ideal for serving freshly baked goods while these matching flower-themed mugs and bowls (available in white or pink) will brighten breakfasts until the sunny weather stays.

Hip to be square

Turn your bedroom into the haven you deserve with sumptuous new bedding. You’ll find going to bed will suddenly become the highlight of your day. Try investing in some statement geometric bedding to reboot your bedroom. Discover our range of vibrantly printed bedding sets and cushions in bold, bright and intricately patterned designs. Upgrading your bedside lighting is another instant way to update your space. We love this sculptural bedside lamp, which will gently illuminate your bedtime reading.

Tactile textures

Shift into neutral for spring 2025. Soft, organic interiors in varying shades of khaki, brown and cream continue to be a firm favourite. If you want to give your soothing, pared-back space an update, try introducing sculptural elements and tactile materials, such as ceramics and soft furnishings made from natural fibres like linen. We’re loving how this roughly-hewn vase adds shape and contrast. Build on the rustic feel with copious amounts of greenery (real or fake: the choice is yours), scented candles, and low-level lighting to add to the cosy, yet airy feel.

On the shelf

Carefully curated shelves can make a meaningful addition to your living space. It can be helpful to arrange items on the floor to begin with so you can plan how your ornaments sit together. Use books and boxes to elevate smaller items and add interest. If you haven’t opted for an overall tonal scheme, you can create mini colour themes for each shelf. Consider shapes and proportions, and play around with negative space. Place larger home accessories towards the back, then layer forward with smaller items at the front. Et voilà.
