What is adaptive clothing?

Adaptive clothing makes dressing easier for kids with disabilities or limited mobility, with features like fuss-free closures or soft seams for comfort.

Our adaptive clothing range works for all children, including those who need a little extra help getting dressed or staying comfortable throughout the day.

Whether your child uses a feeding tube, wears a hip harness or just prefers softer fabrics, we’ve thought of the little details that make a big difference.

For our tiniest customers

For the littlest arrivals – especially those born early – simple, easy-to-wear clothing can make all the difference. Our cosy starter sets for premature babies come in two extra-small sizes and include everyday essentials like bodysuits with soft rip-tape openings, designed to make dressing straightforward and stress-free.

And if your baby needs a bit of extra support, such as a hip dysplasia harness, we’re here for that too. Our soft, cotton-rich dungarees, sleepsuits and joggers are designed with clever poppers that open flat, making dressing and nappy changes easy and comfortable without disrupting their harness. The flat seams and printed care instructions also mean no scratching against sensitive skin.

Easy dressing for every occasion

Kids want to look good and feel comfortable. Our adaptive range includes everything from fun Bluey pyjamas to comfy sweatshirts, many with hidden openings for feeding tubes.

But our adaptive designs go beyond medical requirements. For children with sensory sensitivities, our leggings are incredibly comfy thanks to their soft cotton fabric and flat seams. Similarly, our jogging bottoms feature a cosy brushed-back finish.

Even school days are made easier. We’ve replaced tricky buttons on school shirts with simple rip-tape closures, and our shorts and skirts come with comfortable elasticated waists, allowing for easy, independent dressing.

The best part? Our clothes go up to age 16, so growing kids of all ages are catered for.
